INTRODUCTION

The owner of the PRINCE ELECTRONICS opens this shop 2 months ago; the shop is situated at the market place where they get the full attraction of the customers. The owner always insists the 50% display of LG product. The shop has different type of home appliances such as, television, refrigerator and washing machine. The shop has fair competition from the other brands which decrease the sale of the product. LG Brand Shoppe goes beyond the concept of a normal exclusive store by having a more interactive environment and additional lifestyle orientation on display so that the customer can actually experience the LG products in his or her own home settings. The catalogues are available in the shop for customer’s convenience. LG Shoppe has large range of products, which suits the customers to buy from his / hers range of money. There are different offers & discounts are provided by the shop on the festival which increases the sale at some instance.




EMPLOYEE DESCRIPTION

There are 5 employees in the shop; they are always ready to face the queries of the customers. They have all the important information about the products available in the shop. The employees are good; they have the knowledge to satisfy the customers query on the certain product. The dressing of employees is good and the language they use is very descent which pleased the customer.
